Refund Policy

Legal Disclaimer

At AV’s Masters Remodeling LLC, all sales and service agreements are final once work has commenced or materials have been purchased. Due to the custom nature of our carpentry and remodeling services, we do not offer refunds on labor or special-order materials once a project is underway. Deposits paid to secure scheduling or materials are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing and agreed upon by both parties.

Any refund requests related to workmanship or project concerns must be submitted in writing within five (5) business days of project completion. We reserve the right to assess each request on a case-by-case basis and determine if any partial reimbursement or corrective service is appropriate. Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by weather, third-party vendors, material shortages, or other factors beyond our control.

By hiring AV’s Masters Remodeling LLC, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy. If you have questions prior to starting a project, we encourage open communication to ensure full understanding and satisfaction with the work to be performed.

Refund Policy 

At AV’s Masters Remodeling LLC, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom carpentry and remodeling services. Due to the personalized nature of our work, all projects require a signed written contract provided by our company. This contract must be reviewed and signed on paper by both the client and a representative of AV’s Masters Remodeling LLC before any work begins. The contract outlines the project scope, payment terms, responsibilities, and refund policy.

Once the contract is signed and work has commenced or materials have been ordered, all sales are final. Deposits made to secure your project and cover material purchases are non-refundable. This policy is in place to protect the time, labor, and resources allocated specifically to your custom project.

Refunds will not be issued for client-initiated cancellations after work has started, nor for custom or special-order materials. If there is a concern with workmanship, clients must notify the company in writing within five (5) business days of project completion. We will evaluate the concern and, if deemed valid, offer a reasonable solution such as a correction of the work or partial reimbursement at the company's discretion.

Refunds will not be granted for delays caused by weather, material shortages, third-party vendors, or other circumstances beyond our control. By signing the contract and hiring AV’s Masters Remodeling LLC, the client agrees to all terms outlined in this refund policy.
