Porch

A porch is a covered structure built at the front, side, or back of a house, directly connected to the entrance or facade. Unlike a deck which typically has no roof and is more exposed to the weather, a porch offers a protected and shaded area, ideal for sitting, relaxing, or welcoming guests.

For this project, we began with a solid foundation using concrete footings and 6x6 structural posts. The frame was carefully built to integrate seamlessly with the home and match its architectural style. We installed a durable, attractive roof to provide protection from sun and rain, and the flooring was selected by the client to meet their preferences and needs. We finished the porch with custom railings and decorative trim.

The final result is a functional, inviting, and weather-resistant porch that enhances both the appearance and value of the property. Every porch we build is fully customized based on the client’s desired size, materials, and design.
